Bryan Spainhower and Third World Ave., Folknharmony, and Rising Tide are the featured bands of this year’s Sarasota Trio Festival, which aims to highlight local performers who epitomize the musical power of the three-piece band. Rising Tide (Synia Caroll, Chuck Stevens and Cameron Kayne) blends jazz standards and more with evocative melodies and a unique and inspiring soundscape.
